Fwd: Mobitel e Bill


Sri Lanka Telecom Mobitel will launch E-billing facility for Mobitel Post Paid customers from 20th April 2010. Please find attached herewith the user guide for E-billing.

This service is available through Mobitel website and provided free of charge.

 

E-Billing for Postpaid Customers

 

What is E-Billing?

E-Billing enables customers to receive their monthly bills in PDF format.

 

 

Where can the customer view their e-bill?

The customer can view their e-bill via 'My Account'. The customer can view up to the last three monthly bills.

 

 

Who can opt for this service?

All postpaid customers can opt to receive their monthly bills in pdf format.

 

What are the advantages of E-Billing?

This will enable customers to:

·         Download and save or View their Detailed Monthly Bill in PDF format

·         Download and save or View their Monthly Bill Summary in PDF format

·         Download and save or View their recent past bills

·         Receive a SMS notification when their bill is ready

 

How does a customer subscribe to E-billing services?

Customers can subscribe to E-billing services through 'My Account'.
