Laugfs Gas Ltd’s (a subsidiary of Laugfs Holdings Limited) Rs. 2.5 billion through a public share issue by next month which will see them securing strategic investments in energy and leisure sectors together with regional expansions will be launched on October 20, according to officials.
They said that the IPO will be open on November 4th.
