24 hours of the day outgoing (Voice/Video) calls to any other Local Number at Rs. 2.50 for the 1st minute, Rs. 2.25 for the 2nd minute and Rs. 2/- per every minute thereafter.

SMS to any other Local Number at Rs. 1/- per message.

Can I enjoy the Mbest Friend, SMART Freedom and SMART Abacus features on this new SMART Pre Paid plan?

Mbest Friend, SMART Freedom and SMART Abacus features are not available on the New Smart Pre Paid tariff plan.

 How do I obtain the New SMART Pre Paid Plan?

New SMART Pre Paid connections sold from the 15th of July 2010, will be subscribed under the new SMART Pre Paid Plan.

 

I am not on the New SMART Pre Paid Tariff plan Can I switch to this tariff plan?

Yes, customers on previous SMART Tariff can switch to the new tariff plan free of charge by dialing #111# on their handset and selecting option 1("Change to new package") on the menu. 

I had switched to the New SMART Tariff plan can I switch back to the previous SMART tariff plan?

Yes you can switch to your previous Tariff plan by dialing #111# and selecting option 2 ("Reverse to previous package") from your handset, However you can switch to your previous SMART Tariff plan only once.
